Rachel Hellner is a visual artist living in Victoria, BC.

Born in London, England, she received her B.A. Honours from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design before emmigrating to Canada. She received her Masters in Art Education from the University of Victoria and currently teaches there as a Sessional Instructor. Rachel is a studio member of Xchanges, Canada's oldest Artists' Cooperative.
